Visiting us here in Northern Cyprus could not be easier and many of our customers visit before deciding to buy. We provide inspection trips which include Flights and Hotel accommodation. The only thing we ask from you is £275 per person for your visit from UK. This gives you 2-3 days to come and see us and what we have to offer. Should you buy from us; a refund will be given and deducted from your purchase price. You can arrange your visit by giving us your selected dates and preferred departure Airport (although this cannot be guaranteed.)

Whilst here, we will look after your every need. A typical 3 day visit would include the following:
We will meet you at the airport and take you to your Hotel
Day 1:
Morning: In the morning we will pick you up from your Hotel and take you around our Development Locations and show you the various Apartments and Villas we are building.
Lunch: It's then time for a spot of lunch at the Beach or Kyrenia Harbour.
Afternoon: We will then visit Properties that match your requirements.
Evening: After a hard day's viewing it's time to sit back and relax for the evening at your leisure taking in the stunning views and local bars and restaurants.
Day 2:
Morning: Pick up from your Hotel and re-visit the selected sites that you have chosen, discuss any questions or queries that you may have.
Lunch: Time for you to enjoy some lunch.
Rest of the Day: A chance for you to explore Kyrenia for your-self and discuss your plans.
Day 3:
Morning: Pick you up from your Hotel and bring you to our Site.
We will show you some detailed plans of your interested property. You will also see our extensive sample area, which allows you to see the quality of material used in our properties.
Lunch: Visit a local Restaurant for lunch.
Afternoon: A chance for you to reserve your property, before we take you to the airport for your departure.
